Take the Sumits Yoga Five(5) Week Challenge

Challenge yourself with our ongoing 5 Week Sumits Yoga Challenge by completing at least 30 classes in 5 Weeks. Experience for yourself the amazing physical, mental and physiological benefits of a consistent Sumits Yoga practice!

Two Ways to Begin

Group Challenge – Join with your fellow students for support and encouragement. NEXT GROUP CHALLENGE STARTS JAN. 11, 2010

Individual Challenge – You pick the start date. You may start the Challenge any day of the week throughout the year. It does not have to be at the beginning of a month. It just has to be when you are ready to commit!

  • Within the 5 weeks need to take a minimum of 30 classes. You may take two doubles (2 classes in a day) should you miss several days. No more than 2 doubles are permitted.

  • It is helpful to identify a Challenge "buddy" to help support you throughout the Challenge period.

  • You will need to have an active package to participate. Unlimited passes such as the monthly, yearly or debit program make the most financial sense.

As with any yoga practice, your challenge will be intensely personal and individual – only through the journey will you know what benefits and learnings await you. But you will have the support of the teachers and other students at the studio to help you through it.
